Customer Service Policies 1. Age 21: If you order mead from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
2. Availability: We attempt to keep our online store as up to date as possible; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. If we run out of an item, we will contact you and allow you to substitute another product. When you place an order, we will get an authorization for your credit card but we do not charge the amount to your card until we are sure we have or can get what you ordered.
3. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. 4. Returns: If we make a mistake with your order, please call us & we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible. | |
